My passion for helping organizations thrive has shaped my entire career.For 15+ years, I’ve worked alongside mission-driven teams — identifying opportunities, shaping strategy, and helping teams use their time and resources effectively. That work has spanned 100+ companies, from pre-seed startups to organizations navigating growth and changes.
Growing up in Spain, I learned that a well-placed tilde can completely shift the meaning of a sentence. That same instinct for precision and impact shapes everything I do—finding the right words, the right frame, and the right moment to move things forward.
I live and work in the Hudson Valley, where I'm rooted in the local entrepreneurial community and continue to be inspired by what people are building here.
